Vacuum sealing valves can be equipped with manual or pneumatic actuators
The valves are made with a bellows-sealed rod and electrochemically polished surfaces of internal assemblies
Operating environment - non-corrosive air or gases
The valves are manufactured with flanges of various sizes and the following fastening standards:
- CF (СonFlat) - connections with metal flange gaskets, recommended for ultra-high vacuum systems,
- ISO-F (Large Flange) - with elastomeric seal (Viton).
